OSSI NAUKKARINEN

PhD, is Professor of aesthetics at Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture, Finland. Since 2018, he has worked as Vice President for Research of Aalto University. He received his PhD from University of Helsinki in 1998 and is specialized on everyday aesthetics. He has also written on the nature of aesthetics as an academic discipline, environmental aesthetics and various forms of art. His works have been translated, for example, into Chinese, Italian, Slovenian, and Spanish. Naukkarinen is a member of the editorial board of the journal Contemporary Aesthetics
