THOMAS WINTER LEDDY

(Phd, Boston University, 1981) is Professor of Philosophy at San Jose State University.  He published The Extraordinary in the Ordinary: The Aesthetics of Everyday Life with Broadview Press in 2012. He has had a blog Aesthetics Today since 2008.  He is on the Board of the online journal Comparative Aesthetics.  He publishes about three articles and/or book chapters  per year in a variety of venues, his research mainly concerning the aesthetics of everyday life from a pragmatist perspective.  He is co-author of the SEP article on John Dewey’s aesthetics.
